A little about myself:

Originally, I am from Boston, MA, where I attended St. Thomas Aquinas College for legal secretarial studies and worked at Bank of Boston legal department, a nonprofit corporation called Greater Boston Community Development and several law firms.  In 1990, I moved to Arizona, returned to school, attending Phoenix College, to complete my paralegal studies degree with a 4.0. 

I love Arizona!  I raised my family here and am an avid hiker.

With 25 plus years of experience, I have gained expertise in the legal areas of corporate governance, business, transactional, commercial and real estate litigation, estate planning and probate. After working for several law firms large and small in the community, and having the opportunity to serve as Board Liaison for Swift Transportation Company, North American’s largest truckload motor carrier and a $5B public trading company, I began MacDonald Legal Services, LLC at the beginning of this year in order to provide satellite legal assistant support to attorneys and corporations on an “as needed” basis.  Sole practitioners would find this service to be ideal for low overhead operational costs instead of hiring employees paying extra benefits. 

This valuable alternative service can be available any time, including weekends, with quick turnaround at competitive rates, strictly under the direction of an attorney, to assist in preparation of pleadings, documents or similar legal tasks.  Notary services available.
