We wanted to share some major news with you before it is announced in the press.The Kenrich Group LLC(“Kenrich”) is joining HKA, a leading claims and consulting firm, through acquisition. The acquisition was effective as of July 16, 2019.

The newly combined firm will allow Kenrich to offer our clients more resources and expertise than ever before.And after an extensive due diligence process, we believe this merger is a great opportunity - both geographically and strategically.

Geographically, we will gain an additional ten US office locations, as well as nearly two dozen international locations.

Strategically, in addition to similar expert, claims consulting and commercial damages services, HKA also adds capabilities in other areas that have not been part of services that Kenrich has provided, including forensic engineering and property loss determinations.

We particularly wanted you to know that this event will not impact how we service your matters; we expect only added value with the additional resources now available to us.
