The CLE will be presented by Zachary Price, a local attorney and player agent who represents professional baseball players.

Zachary and Jesse Cook founded Onyx Sports Management. Zachary is an MLBPA Certified player agent. He is also a partner at a civil litigation law firm, Cook & Price PLC, located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, where he practices in a wide variety of legal areas, but primarily focuses on contracts, commercial litigation, employment litigation, and commercial transactions. Zachary’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon and juris doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in law school, Zachary obtained a certificate of completion in law and entrepreneurship and intellectual property law.

*The State Bar of Arizona  does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement.  This activity may qualify for up to 1.0 hour toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 0 hour of professional responsibility.

Gates Open at 11:00AM with registration promptly at 11:15AM, seminar starts at 11:30AM.  First pitch is 1:05PM.

We have reserved the upper patio area for the presentation as well as 50 reserved seats. 

Lunch and soft drinks will be provided.

The price for CLE, lunch, and game is $75 for members and $85 for nonmembers. Members are limited to one guest. Ticket supply is limited to first 50 registrants.

Tickets will be provided outside Gate B, Main Ticket Office.  Look for the “R&R Law Group” banner.
