The Maricopa County Superior Court has proposed changes to its Local Rules. Proposed amendments are posted at https://superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/media/4929/2019-proposed-local-rule-amendments.pdf. Comments during this pre-submission period are invited until March 25, 2019 and should be submitted to the Maricopa County Superior Court at https://superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/announcements/proposed-local-rule-change. That court will consider the comments and may then formally request that the Arizona Supreme Court adopt any amendments through its rules process.
